Dark Lugia

Last night before I went to sleep I was thinking about Lugia for some reason.
Sure I've been playing Pokemon, but I haven't touched any S/G/C or SS/HG in a while.
It was just a random thought I guess.

Either way, I decided to goof off and draw my own Lugia , but boy did I do pretty good.
I was hoping not to just throw it all together this time, so I sat down and took a while to think and then BAM! There it was.
It turned out really good! I even like the background too!
I wasn't planning on it, but after playing with the filters I got this dark atmosphere, and it looks awesome!
He doesn't have a name yet, but be sure he will be a new character who will be seen around.
